Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not accept returns for refunds. We do accept returns for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend sending via USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope with tracking. Tracking is important because we can not process a return if an item has not been received and tracking is not available. This will ensure that your return items make it to the proper place. Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable. 

Upon receipt of items we will issue store credit of the same amount.

Store credit expires a year from the date given.

Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed for any purchases.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as seasonal and sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be granted store credit.
